How we handle what you tell us
This is a short, plain-language notice covering the contact and inspection-booking forms on this site — it is an interim measure, not a substitute for the full Privacy Policy and Terms of Use our legal counsel is preparing, which will replace this page once that review is complete.
What we collect
When you submit a General Inquiry or book an inspection, we collect your full name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, the region you're contacting us from, and — for an inspection booking — the property, your preferred date, visit mode, and timezone.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your inquiry: connecting you with the advisor assigned to the relevant listing or district, and arranging the inspection you requested. We don't use it for anything beyond that.
Where it's stored
In our own database, accessible only to authenticated Terrace & Title staff — never published or made publicly visible anywhere on this site.
Who we share it with
Nobody outside Terrace & Title. We don't sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for marketing.
